On November 3, ‘Shock Wave’ will see guests to play and replay at WET deck during the legendary W’s pool party, sipping on Evans’ signature cocktails and listening to vibrant tunes curated by Erica Rhone, the glamorous W’s Resident DJ. Last but least, on the same day, guests will be invited to FISH, the stylish specialty venue for a ‘Cocktail Pairing Dinner’. With courses included Charred tuna belly, mustard dressing, sesame tofu, pickled artichoke, Pearl meat, bone marrow, lemon olive oil jam, black garlic butter and King George whiting, paperbark, sea herbs, aioli – your mind will think it’s playing tricks on your palate. Each course, a cocktail pairing is included.
On November 4, the ‘Beach Market’ will bring guests together for a unique culinary and mixology experience followed by an after party beachside under the Maldivian stars. The backdrop will be the dramatic specialty restaurant, FISH, set over the water.
