EXECUTIVE CHEF RICHARD THOMPSON
Richard brings with him over 39 years of diverse culinary experience as well as extensive knowledge in service standards, food and wine pairings. Prior to moving to the Maldives, he was Executive Chef at Army and Navy Club Washington DC, USA a position he assumed in 2007. Previously, he spent nearly two years at Parrot Cay Resort & Como Shambhalha Retreat Turks & Caicos Islands.

With a focus on global fare, Richard Thompson brings the best of international inspired cuisine to the table that offers a great selection utilising the Char-grill as its focus in cookery featuring Asian, South American and Caribbean styles, yet keeping the food light and consistent with the Tropical location.
